The Median Sales Price in December was $1,287,500, down 14.2% from $1,500,000 in December of 2017 and down 24.3% from $1,700,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in December was $1,287,500, down 56.8% from $2,983,333 in December of 2017 and down 29.0% from $1,813,571 last month. December 2018 ASP was at the lowest level compared to December of 2017 and 2016.
