June Property sales were 5, down 37.5% from 8 in June of 2017 and 28.6% lower than the 7 sales last month. June 2018 sales were at their lowest level compared to June of 2017 and 2016. June YTD sales of 43 are running 8.5% behind last year’s year-to-date sales of 47.
