July Property sales were 7, down 46.2% from 13 in July of 2017 and 40.0% higher than the 5 sales last month. July 2018 sales were at a mid level compared to July of 2017 and 2016. July YTD sales of 50 are running 16.7% behind last year’s year-to-date sales of 60.
