December Property sales were 13, down 7.1% from 14 in December of 2018 and 53.6% lower than the 28 sales last month. December 2019 sales were at their lowest level compared to December of 2018 and 2017. December YTD sales of 178 are running 22.3% behind last year’s year-to-date sales of 229. The Median Sales Price in December was $2,380,000, up 9.0% from $2,182,500 in December of 2018 and down 0.8% from $2,400,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in December was $2,514,615, down 5.4% from $2,658,804 in December of 2018 and down 16.2% from $3,002,321 last month. December 2019 ASP was at the lowest level compared to December of 2018 and 2017.
