May Property sales were 10, down 52.4% from 21 in May of 2019 and 11.1% higher than the 9 sales last month. May 2020 sales were at their lowest level compared to May of 2019 and 2018. May YTD sales of 51 are running 27.1% behind last year’s year-to- date sales of 70. The Median Sales Price in May was $1,551,985, down 13.1% from $1,785,000 in May of 2019 and down 13.2% from $1,787,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in May was $1,878,697, down 3.5% from $1,947,095 in May of 2019 and up 4.7% from $1,794,697 last month. May 2020 ASP was at the lowest level compared to May of 2019 and 2018.
