June Property sales were 12, down 25.0% from 16 in June of 2017 and 25.0% lower than the 16 sales last month. June 2018 sales were at their lowest level compared to June of 2017 and 2016. June YTD sales of 90 are running 21.6% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 74.
