November Property sales were 25, down 35.9% from 39 in November of 2017 and 26.5% lower than the 34 sales last month. November 2018 sales were at their lowest level compared to November of 2017 and 2016. November YTD sales of 431 are running 4.6% behind last year’s year-to-date sales of 452. The Median Sales Price in November was $1,180,000, up 0.9% from $1,169,435 in November of 2017 and down 8.2% from $1,285,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in November was $1,278,225, down 2.2% from $1,307,068 in November of 2017 and down 15.8% from $1,517,684 last month. November 2018 ASP was at a mid range compared to November of 2017 and 2016.
