Farryl comes from a retail background and 10 years with Nordstrom, she knows that servicing the client properly builds strong & lasting relationships as well as repeat business. Customer service combined with honesty & integrity is her #1 goal. Her listening skills, product knowledge and experience help to streamline the buying process and facilitate a smooth transaction from start to finish. She is a trained relocation specialist for the largest relocation networks in the world; trained to assist Buyers & Sellers make a smooth transition to and from San Diego. She is also a trained property “Stager” and has the expertise to assist Sellers in preparing their home for the market.
Charles also comes from a retail background. During and after college he owned and operated 9 Athlete’s Foot stores in Los Angeles malls. After merging with Second Sole, he built the chain to 40 stores and later converted them to franchises and growing the chain to 80 stores. After Selling Second Sole, he and a partner opened a chain of 19 Computerized Cobblers which revolutionized the shoe repair industry. After selling the Computerized
Cobbler he dabbled in the import / distributor business before entering the real estate business. His vast business experience has helped him develop a simple listing process that has forged proven results. He will correctly evaluate the property, give maximum exposure, bring multiple buyers to the property, negotiate for the seller, and make sure that everything is completed in a timely manner so that the property closes on time.
Born and raised in Southern California and residents of Carmel Valley since 1988, Farryl & Charles married in 1987 and have 3 boys; all graduated from Torrey Pines High School.
Family & Community Involvement
They both share a long history of supporting and volunteering in the community. Charles served 3 years as president of Del Mar Little League and 11 years of coaching baseball. He has provided his creative talents in print design for multiple fundraising events. He was awarded the “Volunteer Extraordinaire” by Torrey Pines High School Foundation 2008. Farryl has been a member of Rady Children’s Hospital Auxiliary Del Mar Unit since 1990 and served on the Auxiliary Board of Directors for 5 years including President of the Auxiliary 1999-2000. She has served on the CVMS PTSA, TPHS Foundation Board and they both continue to assist with multiple fundraising efforts within the community and feel it is important to give back when possible.
