November YTD sales of 83 are running 12.6% behind last year’s year-to-date sales of 95. The Median Sales Price in November was $1,700,000, up 1.5% from $1,675,000 in November of 2017 and up 4.3% from $1,630,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in November was $1,813,571, up 8.3% from $1,675,000 in November of 2017 and up 8.8% from $1,666,143 last month. November 2018 ASP was at a mid range compared to November of 2017 and 2016.
