December 2019 sales were at their highest level compared to December of 2018 and 2017. December YTD sales of 85 are running 1.2% behind last year’s year-to-date sales of 86. The Median Sales Price in December was $1,150,000, down 16.4% from $1,375,000 in December of 2018 and down 43.7% from $2,041,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in December was $1,229,875, down 46.3% from $2,291,667 in December of 2018 and down 64.5% from $3,469,250 last month. December 2019 ASP was at the lowest level compared to December of 2018 and 2017.
