January Property sales were 28, up 27.3% from 22 in January of 2019 and 42.9% lower than the 49 sales last month. January 2020 sales were at their highest level compared to January of 2019 and 2018. January YTD sales of 28 are running 27.3% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 22. The Median Sales Price in January was $1,355,000, up 4.2% from $1,300,000 in January of 2019 and down 13.1% from $1,560,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in January was $1,437,002, down 12.3% from $1,638,691 in January of 2019 and down 16.8% from $1,726,744 last month. January 2020 ASP was at a mid range compared to January of 2019 and 2018.
